Landscape Concepts offers a variety of services that will save you time and effort and guarantee a beautiful lawn and garden throughout the year.

Spring is that time of year when you need a little color to get you out of the winter doldrums.
  • Complete yard and garden spring cleanups
  • Container plantings that burst with color from the cool weather through mid May
  • Spring Fertilization

Spring cleanup includes:

Lawns:

  • Remove all winter debris including leaves, tree branches, sticks, and limbs
  • Hand rake or aerate all lawn areas
  • Blow all grass to remove all remaining debris
  • Re-seed small dead patches
 
Gardens:

  • Remove all winter debris including leaves, old foliage, and sticks
  • Prepare beds for mulching
  • Edge all beds to maintain a clean delineation between lawn and garden
  • Prune away all dead or broken branches from evergreens and deciduous trees and shrubs


Early summer is the time to plant annuals, perennials and shrubs that will beautify your garden. These plantings will provide a beautiful setting for your enjoyment throughout the summer with friends and family.
  • Plantings of annuals in gardens and containers
  • Weekly or bi-weekly garden and lawn maintenance
  • Summer Fertilization

Our weekly or bi-weekly maintenance includes:

Lawns:

  • Weekly lawn mowing with a change in patterns to maintain turf health
  • Lawn clippings bagged and removed
  • Weekly trimming around garden beds, stairs, walkways and hard to get to areas
  • Stairs, walkways, driveways, and parking areas will be blown to remove clippings and debris
 
Gardens:

  • Weekly or Bi-weekly maintenance dependent upon season
  • Deadheading plant material to maintain continual bloom and plant health
  • Cut off deciduous material as needed throughout the season to maintain desired shape and size of material
  • Watering planters as needed



Fall is the time to relax and enjoy the cooler weather, new foliage colors on the trees and plantings around the house, and prepare the gardens for winter and spring.
  • Mum, cabbage, and kale plantings
  • Daffodil, Tulip and minor bulb planting
  • Fall lawn and garden cleanups
  • Fall Fertilization

Fall lawn and garden cleanup includes:

Lawns:

  • Leaf removal on a weekly basis to keep grass healthy
  • Remove all leaves and sticks from lawn areas, walkways, and driveways
  • After all leaves removed mow lawn to maintain desired height for the winter
 
Gardens:

  • After killing frost remove all annuals and cut back perennials as needed
  • Remove all leaf and stick debris from garden
  • If needed mulch perennials and roses once temperatures drop to 30 degrees for a few days
